State-of-the-art pressure test facility for rental to clients requiring verification of the integrity and performance of their subsea equipment under simulated deep-sea conditions. Equipped with a robust pressure chamber rated to 600 bar, equivalent to a water depth of 6000 metres, it is ideal for testing a wide range of underwater components and assemblies. With an internal volume of 400mm in diameter and 1000mm in depth, the chamber can accommodate a variety of equipment sizes.

The pressure chamber is equipped with three ports allowing for live electrical testing under pressure, enabling functional checks of active systems such as cameras, lights, or sensors during the pressurization process. This will also allow for complex electrical cable testing for connectors and penetrators. An internal camera can be installed to provide real-time visual monitoring of the equipment under test, giving users valuable insight into the behaviour of systems under extreme conditions. An experienced team performs the test according to the customer’s requirements and will provide a detailed test report documenting critical parameters such as maximum pressure, hold times, and ramp rates. This service offers a reliable and convenient way for companies to validate the pressure resilience of their subsea products in a controlled and professionally managed environment.

To streamline the testing process, the pressure chamber is fitted with a rapid open/close mechanism, significantly reducing turnaround time. This increases testing efficiency and can lead to substantial cost savings. Tests are carried out by a third party partner.
